What is a salon team leaderboard?
A salon team leaderboard ranks team members by the points they earn for actions that grow the business, like rebooking clients, earning 5-star reviews, hitting retail goals, covering open shifts and selling memberships. Emvari shows rankings, points and badges in one place.
What earns points on the Emvari leaderboard?
You choose. For example: +50 for a client rebooked, +100 for a 5-star review, +75 for a retail goal hit, +50 for covering an open shift, +100 for a membership sold and +25 for Kudos received. You decide which actions count and how much each one is worth.
Can team members recognize each other?
Yes. With Kudos, team members recognize coworkers for stepping up or helping out, and the points show on the leaderboard.
How often does the leaderboard reset?
You decide how often rankings start fresh, for example every month.
Can points be turned into rewards?
That’s coming soon. The business will be able to connect points to rewards and set the reward values.
Is the team leaderboard available in Emvari now?
Not yet. The team leaderboard is coming soon and isn’t part of the Feb 15, 2027 salon launch. Emvari opens to solo artists on Nov 15, 2026 and to salons on Feb 15, 2027.
