The perk your team earns. See who's using it and how often.

Training Model

Services performed for skill development, not for revenue.

Service Recovery

The redo, linked back to the appointment that caused it.

Comp Management Software
FAQs

Comp management software tracks complimentary and discounted services from one place — who authorized them, why, and what they cost. Emvari separates comps into team member services, training models, and service recovery, then routes each one through approval rules you set. If you comp services for team members, IRS Publication 15-B explains how employee fringe benefits are treated for tax purposes.

Yes. Set a dollar threshold, specific services, and comp types that require approval. Anything above your limit holds as Pending Approval and stays off the client’s schedule until someone with permission approves it.

Emvari tracks comp frequency by team member, by client, and by comp type across a time period you choose, then flags activity as Informational, Warning, or Critical. Critical alerts require a manager PIN to override, regardless of the service value.

Yes. Every service recovery comp links to the original appointment, showing the original service, team member, and date, so repeat quality issues become visible instead of staying anecdotal.

They can submit a dispute with a reason and supporting files. If it’s approved, the comp is excluded from their threshold count. If it’s denied, they see the reason. Every step is recorded in the audit log.

Comp management will be included on the Expand and Evolve plans.
