Marketing That
Knows Who Booked
Your campaigns run on live appointment data, not an exported list. Send, automate, and see exactly what each message earned.
Set It Once. It Runs Forever.
Automations fire off what clients actually do — not a calendar reminder you have to remember to set.

They haven’t been in for 90 days. Bring them back before they find someone else.
Birthday

Abandoned Booking
They started booking and stopped. Follow up while they’re still deciding.
After Visit
A thank you, a rebooking prompt, or a review request timed to the appointment.
Comp Follow-Up
A complimentary service just happened. Make sure it turns into loyalty instead of a write-off.
Total Spent
When a client crosses a threshold you set, treat them like the client they’ve become.
Three Channels, One Campaign Builder
Pick how the message lands. The audience, the tracking, and the reporting stay the same.

FAQs
What is salon marketing software?
Salon marketing software sends campaigns and automated messages to clients based on their booking history. Emvari builds campaigns directly from live appointment and purchase data across email, SMS, and push, then reports the revenue each one generated.
Can I automate messages based on client behavior?
Yes. Automations trigger on birthdays, lapsed clients, abandoned bookings, completed appointments, spend thresholds, purchases, and reviews. Each one can include time delays, conditional splits, and multiple channels.
Does Emvari show how much revenue a campaign generated?
Yes. Every campaign and automation reports appointments booked, memberships started, products purchased, gift cards sold, and discounts redeemed, along with total revenue and revenue per recipient.
Can I A/B test my campaigns?
Coming soon, for email and SMS. Test content or send time against a percentage of your audience and pick the winner by open rate, click rate, or conversion rate before the rest of the list receives it.
Does Emvari handle SMS marketing compliance?
Emvari includes toggles for organization prefix, company information link, and unsubscribe instructions on SMS campaigns. You remain responsible for obtaining consent and following applicable regulations. For email, the FTC’s CAN-SPAM compliance guide covers the federal rules.
Do email and SMS campaigns cost extra?
Campaigns use message credits — one credit per email, one per SMS segment of 160 characters, with additional credits for attachments. The builder shows the credit cost before you send.
Are marketing campaigns available in Emvari now?
Not yet. Marketing campaigns are coming soon and aren’t part of the Feb 15, 2027 salon launch. Emvari opens to solo artists on Nov 15, 2026 and to salons on Feb 15, 2027. Join the waitlist to hear first when they’re ready. See what’s included at launch on the pricing page, or read about review management and mobile services.
